Church of Deliverance is located on Chapelwood Lane, just north of (and one block from) Sheriff Road, near Eastern Avenue.  From Sheriff Road, make a quick right onto Chapelwood Lane.  If you are coming from the BW Parkway heading south, take the exit for Eastern Avenue, then make a left at the first light.  Continue on Eastern Avenue and then make a left onto Chapelwood Lane.  The church is the second building on the right.
